Carving
CNC routers cut profiles and engraving from your drawing, then edges are cleaned by hand before the part moves on.

Sanding
Progressive sanding removes tool marks. Every face is checked by hand so grain and edges stay consistent across the batch.

Lacquering
Stain, oil or lacquer is applied in the spray area, with drying time built into the production schedule before assembly.

Packing
A final QC check, then retail cartons, gift boxes or export packing — labelled and loaded from the factory gate.

Pieces are checked in line and again before packing. Cartons, inner protection and labels are agreed with the buyer, whether the order ships to retail or to a distribution centre.
